New Program Development is designed for customers who require a completely new safety document that falls outside our current catalog of safety programs, plans, procedures, or templates. Whether your customer, insurance carrier, regulatory agency, or internal operations require a document we do not currently offer, Apollo Safety Partners can develop a customized solution specifically for your organization.

Each project begins with a review of your requested document, applicable regulatory requirements, and company specific operations. Our Certified Safety Professional develops the program from the ground up using the information you provide, resulting in a professionally formatted document tailored to your business.

This service is intended for the development of entirely new document types. Existing programs that only require revisions should instead use our Review and Update Service.

Apollo Safety Partners stands behind the quality of every customized document we develop. If revisions are needed due to an error or omission on our part, we will make the necessary corrections at no additional charge.

New Program Development is intended for safety documents that are not currently offered as standard Apollo Safety Partners products.

Customers requesting a document already listed in the product catalog should purchase the applicable existing product.

Customers with an existing document that requires revision, correction, modernization, or incorporation of third-party comments should select the Review and Update Service.

Apollo Safety Partners will review the request before development begins. Requests involving extensive research, engineering, industrial hygiene, medical services, legal analysis, environmental permitting, highly specialized technical subjects, or multiple related documents may require a separate quote or may fall outside the services provided.

Legal advice, engineering services, onsite assessments, exposure monitoring, employee training, and implementation support are not included unless separately purchased.

Review the completed program before implementation.

Update the document whenever company operations, equipment, regulations, or work processes change.

Maintain a current copy where it is readily available to management and employees.

Product Delivery

Apollo Safety Partners provides digital products and professional services.

Written documents, forms, schedules, training materials, and other written deliverables are provided in PDF format.

Safety training videos are provided in MP4 format. Supporting training materials are provided in PDF format.

No physical products are included or shipped.

Standard Turnaround

Standard turnaround is 3 business days after Apollo Safety Partners receives all required company information, questionnaires, documents, photographs, and supporting materials.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.

24 Hour Rush Service

Customers may select 24 Hour Rush Service for an additional charge of 50 percent of the product price, with a minimum rush fee of $75.

The completed product will be delivered within 24 clock hours after all required information is received and confirmed complete.

Standard 24 Hour Rush Service is available for orders received Monday through Thursday. Orders requiring work on a Saturday, Sunday, or federal holiday require Weekend or Holiday Priority Service.

Rush service is subject to professional capacity and must be selected before work begins.

Weekend or Holiday Priority Service

Customers requiring work to be completed during a Saturday, Sunday, or United States federal holiday may select Weekend or Holiday Priority Service.

The additional charge is 100 percent of the product price, with a minimum priority fee of $150.

Weekend or Holiday Priority Service provides a 24 clock hour turnaround after all required information is received and confirmed complete.

Availability must be confirmed by Apollo Safety Partners before the order is accepted.

Inventory

Digital products have unlimited inventory.Professional services are subject to Certified Safety Professional availability and current workload.

Apollo Quality Guarantee

Apollo Safety Partners will correct drafting errors or missing content included within the original purchased scope at no additional charge when reported within 14 calendar days of delivery.

The guarantee does not include changed operations, additional locations, newly submitted information, expanded services, additional documents, or requirements that were not disclosed before the product was prepared.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, reviewing completed products, implementing applicable procedures, conducting required employee training, maintaining required records, correcting workplace hazards, and updating documents when operations or requirements change.

Internal Use License

Products are licensed for internal use by the purchasing organization.
Products may not be resold, sublicensed, publicly posted, copied for unrelated organizations, or distributed to another company without written authorization from Apollo Safety Partners.
