Standard Turnaround

Standard turnaround is 3 business days after Apollo Safety Partners receives all required company information, questionnaires, documents, photographs, and supporting materials.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.

24 Hour Rush Service

Customers may select 24 Hour Rush Service for an additional charge of 50 percent of the product price, with a minimum rush fee of $75.

The completed product will be delivered within 24 clock hours after all required information is received and confirmed complete.

Standard 24 Hour Rush Service is available for orders received Monday through Thursday. Orders requiring work on a Saturday, Sunday, or federal holiday require Weekend or Holiday Priority Service.

Rush service is subject to professional capacity and must be selected before work begins.

Weekend or Holiday Priority Service

Customers requiring work to be completed during a Saturday, Sunday, or United States federal holiday may select Weekend or Holiday Priority Service.

The additional charge is 100 percent of the product price, with a minimum priority fee of $150.

Weekend or Holiday Priority Service provides a 24 clock hour turnaround after all required information is received and confirmed complete.

Availability must be confirmed by Apollo Safety Partners before the order is accepted.

Inventory

Digital products have unlimited inventory.Professional services are subject to Certified Safety Professional availability and current workload.

Apollo Quality Guarantee

Apollo Safety Partners will correct drafting errors or missing content included within the original purchased scope at no additional charge when reported within 14 calendar days of delivery.

The guarantee does not include changed operations, additional locations, newly submitted information, expanded services, additional documents, or requirements that were not disclosed before the product was prepared.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, reviewing completed products, implementing applicable procedures, conducting required employee training, maintaining required records, correcting workplace hazards, and updating documents when operations or requirements change.

Internal Use License

Products are licensed for internal use by the purchasing organization.
Products may not be resold, sublicensed, publicly posted, copied for unrelated organizations, or distributed to another company without written authorization from Apollo Safety Partners.
